By accessing or using the Creatorspromax Affiliate Network (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Overview
Creatorspromax is an affiliate marketing network that connects advertisers (brands) and publishers (affiliates/creators) to promote products and services through performance-based campaigns. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, services, and related systems.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
Creatorspromax reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its discretion.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
Creatorspromax is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You shall not:
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices.
Use bots, fake traffic, or automated systems to generate leads or clicks.
Promote prohibited content (including adult, violent, illegal, or misleading material).
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, and legal action.
5. Affiliate Program Participation
As an affiliate on Creatorspromax:
You may promote advertiser campaigns made available on the Platform.
You will earn commissions based on valid conversions, clicks, or leads as defined by each campaign.
Campaign rules, payout rates, and tracking conditions are set by Creatorspromax and/or the advertiser.
Creatorspromax reserves the right to adjust, pause, or terminate any campaign at any time.
6. Payments and Payouts
Affiliates are entitled to payment for approved and verified conversions as tracked by Creatorspromax.
Minimum payout thresholds, payment schedules, and payment methods will be stated on your affiliate dashboard.
Payments are made in Nigerian Naira (₦) or USD where applicable.
Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms will void earnings.
All taxes or statutory deductions are the affiliate’s responsibility.
7. Advertiser Obligations
Advertisers must:
Provide accurate offer details and creatives.
Pay agreed campaign fees or deposits promptly.
Not promote illegal or misleading products/services.
Creatorspromax may pause or terminate campaigns that violate our compliance standards.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and platform materials are the property of Creatorspromax or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our materials only as permitted under these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
Users must maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information, including campaign performance, payout rates, and proprietary data obtained through the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Creatorspromax shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Delays, interruptions, or errors caused by third parties, network issues, or system maintenance.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.
11. Termination
Creatorspromax may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
Breach of these Terms.
Fraudulent or unethical activity.
Inactivity beyond a reasonable period.
Upon termination, any pending payments related to invalid or fraudulent traffic will be forfeited.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
13. Changes to These Terms
Creatorspromax may update or modify these Terms at any time.
We will notify users via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Nigeria.
